Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Receiving a failed printhead error - 0xc19a0040 on my HP office jet Pro 8620.  Have completed all trouble shooting steps that are recommended.  Is my final step to purchase a new print head and try replacing it?  Thanks for any tips you may have for me
