Inquiry Regarding Error Code 99.09.62 on HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E786 Printer series

Dear Team, HP

I would like to ask about an issue with my HP Color LaserJet managed E786 printer, which is currently displaying error code 99.09.62.

  • Chronology :
    Initially, the user intended to use the printer to copy a document, but suddenly the display went blank and the error code 99.09.62 appeared.

I have already updated the firmware as instructed by CPMD

  • using both the latest version 5.8.1.2
  •  the previous version 5.7

But the printer still shows the same error.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

Disk. Run a format disk, if that will not help replace it.

I have already formatted the disk, but the same error still appears.
In the boot menu, the disk is not detected.
Is there any other solution?

The disk might failed and not recognized. In the diagnostics submenu of preboot menu can you run a disk diagnostic?

I'm in the process of ordering the disk for the printer
