Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer that keeps throwing the B305DFF9 error...all...of...the...time. It has the latest firmware updates MANHTNPP1N002.2151A.00.

From the threads I guess I need the instructions to factory reset the printer. Please send these along.
