Get Error Message B305ED09 on my HP Printer 9018. This flashes on the display and the only way to remove it is to unplug the printer. It may stay off for a while or happen again in a short period of time. How do I fix this problem?

I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "B305" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1.From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance .
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
