@VintageBooks36

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that you are getting an error code "c4eba341" on your printer. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried to restart the printer or reseat the cartridges on the printer?
  • Are you using genuine HP ink?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  2. Remove USB cable, if present.
  3. Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
  4. Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
  5. Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

The above steps should resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello,

Please try the below steps:

  1. While the printer is ON, remove the cartridges.
  2. While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
  3. Power Off the wireless router.
  4. Wait for 60 seconds.
  5. Plug in the power cord to the printer. If printer does not power ON, then press the ON button to do so.
  6. Install the cartridges when prompted.

The above steps should resolve the issue.
