Keep gettig Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001
NOT connected via a VPN ... the internet is working well!!
Tried uninstalling and re-installing the HP App ...TWICE !!
Restarted the Service numerous times ..
Frustrated and tired .
Any suggestions?

I'd like to help!
Follow the steps below-
Uninstall the app from your Windows 10 device through the All Apps list.
In Windows, search for and open Apps & features.
Click HP Smart in the list of apps, and then click Uninstall.
Now, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Update the computer
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Now, reinstall the HP Smart App and see if that works.
