Hi, I have an error message OX83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP and have tried all the router resetting, unplugging of printer and cables etc and can't seem to shift the error or reconnect to printer.  Can support tell me what this actually means and any ideas on how to fix or is it simply time to buy a new printer (which seems a shame when the printer still printed ok.

have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
