Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had the HP Smart tool diagnose and fix as directed by the Virtual Agent tool. It appeared to communicate with the printer. (This was to resolve the printer not connecting to home Wi-FI.) It stated it was done and asked to either retry or proceed to next page. I went to the printer and on the small screen it displayed (Error Code OX85BABBO). I attempted to reset the PC per instructions, however it now just simply powers up with the "Error Code OX85BABBO" and the power light blinks. HP, what did you do? I at least before could communicate or see the menu after start-up. (To be clear at no time did I close the window or interrupt the diagnostic/fix process.)
