My printer isn’t printing nothing has changed it just keeps saying error OXB39FF015

1. Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open the printer’s access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Remove any jammed paper carefully.
3. Check Ink Cartridges
- Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
- Check the cartridges for any protective tape that may not have been removed.
4. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the HP support website:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer, then go to Printer Settings.
- Look for a Firmware Update option.
5. Reset the Printer to Factory Settings
