My printer isn’t printing nothing has changed it just keeps saying error OXB39FF015

I understand you are getting the error code OXB39FF015 on your HP Envy printer typically indicates an issue with the printer's firmware or internal system. 

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer’s access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • Remove any jammed paper carefully.

3. Check Ink Cartridges

  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed.
  • Remove and reinsert the cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
  • Check the cartridges for any protective tape that may not have been removed.

4. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the HP support website:
    • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
    • Select your printer, then go to Printer Settings.
    • Look for a Firmware Update option.

5. Reset the Printer to Factory Settings

  • If the error persists, consider resetting your printer to factory settings:
    • Open the Settings menu on the printer's display.
    • Navigate to Printer Maintenance or Tools.
    • Select Restore Factory Defaults or a similar option.

6. Reinstall the Printer

  • Remove the printer from your computer:
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
    • Find your printer, click on it, and select Remove Device.
  • Re-add the printer by selecting Add a printer or scanner.

7. Check for Connectivity Issues

  • If your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, ensure it's properly connected to your network. Try reconnecting it if necessary.
