Hi @Sjup1983,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OXB8ABAC28 on HP ENVY 5010 All-In-One Printer usually indicates an issue with the printer hardware or firmware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue.

  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple restart can clear out temporary errors.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually update the firmware through the printer's control panel or by visiting the HP website and searching for your printer model to download and install the latest firmware.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Clear any jams carefully, making sure not to tear the paper.
  • Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink. If necessary, replace any empty or low ink cartridges.
  • Reset the Printer: Perform a reset on the printer to clear any internal errors. The steps to reset the printer may vary depending on the model, so refer to the printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions specific to your printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
