HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Got Error Code OXB94DA7E6 on 4650 All-in-One Printer.  Did a power reset and a hard reset. Nothing - won't power up. Tried Virtual Agent - no luck there.  Called an agent - couldn't help because warranty was out of date!!  What kind of customer service is that???  Guess I won't be buying another HP printer!!  All I want to know is this fixable?
