Hello, I am writing to see if you can help me or recommend, I was given a HP ENVY 6055e multifunction printer and I was able to install it without any problem, it scans without any problem, but I notice that an orange light flashes on the right side and on the board appears ERROR E0, I print or copy and it does not allow me, I understand that it is the cartridges, I took them out, cleaned their slots and reinstalled them and the same error appears, the cartridges feel more or less full. What could I do in this case?

I used the virtual assistant and it gave me this information

I opened the HP Smart app and noticed something that says the cartridges require registration with HP Insta Ink and I don't understand what to do there.
