HI @FPUAChris,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the error message on your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The error code EF.FF.64.A2 on your HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer indicates a supply memory error

  1. Reset the printer: Disconnect the power cord, wait 60 seconds, and reconnect it.
  2. Check the toner cartridge:
    • Open the printer's front door.
    • Remove the toner cartridge.
    • Inspect the memory chip on the cartridge.
    • Make sure the cartridge is a genuine HP cartridge.
    • Reinstall the cartridge and close the front door.
    • If the error persists, turn the printer off and on again.

3. Check Printer Connections

Verify that all connections, including USB and network connections, are secure. Loose connections can sometimes result in errors.

4. Reset the Printer to Factory Settings

Resetting the printer to factory default settings can sometimes clear persistent errors. Make sure to back up any important settings before performing a reset.

  1. From the printer control panel, go to Settings.
  2. Select Printer Maintenance.
  3. Choose Restore and then select Factory defaults.

I hope this helps.
