Hi. Just purchased a Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw. Running MacOS Ventura 13.6.9. I set up the LaserJet for Wi-Fi printing. It found my network. I queued up a document and 1 page (out of 10) printed, then I received an error: Encryption Credentials Expired. I have unplugged my modem and router and restarted them, but am getting the same error. I saw mention of resetting a certificate, but can't seem to find anything in my printer's menu about that. Please help with specific instructions for my mac OS connection to this LaserJet.
Edited 8.19: Where do I get help directly from HP Support? I thought I'd get a quick answer from a community forum like this, but if I can't, I'm not sure where to turn? I've tried to use diagnostic tools on the HP website, but I end up going in circles and landing on the same web pages with no answers. Thank you.
