HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I just swapped out my ink cartridges and the printer immediately showed an error of 01B3B8E6. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in as well as removing the cartridges and putting them back in and nothing is working. Is there a way to perform a hard reset or reset it to factory defaults? Not sure what to do here and would love some help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
