HP Printer OfficeJet 4630Printer would not power up.  Found "unplug & plug sequence" on line.  Got error code: OX83C0000A  nos_loader_app.  Did "unplug & plug sequence" again.  New Error Message OXB8111B54.

I understand you are receiving a "OXB8111B54" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
