Dear Customer,

Welcome and Thank You for posting your query on HP Support Community.

I'll be more than happy to help you out 🙂

I would start by restarting the device and then try to print the document again.

I am not sure if you are using the Apple AirPrint driver to print or if you are using the HP ePrint App to print.

If you are using the AirPrint driver, try downloading the HP ePrint App. Here is a support document that can help with that if needed - Using HP-eprint app

If you are using the HP ePrint App, try using the Apple AirPrint driver. Here is a support document that can help with that if you are unsure how - Printing from Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod touch.

If you are still getting the corrupt photo message the document may very well be corrupt. I would suggest try to print internal page from the printer & check.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Thank You,

SPTheGeek
