Hi @Sisko1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to print but keep running into errors. Let's get to the bottom of this with some questions to help pinpoint the issue:

  • What specific error message do you see when you try to print from your Acer Aspire TC-1775 desktop to the HP Envy 6155e printer?
  • Are you connecting the printer via USB or over a wireless network?
  • Have you tried printing from different applications or does the issue occur with all types of documents (e.g., PDFs, Word files)?
  • Is the printer showing as "online" in the printer settings on your desktop?
  • Have you installed the latest drivers and software for the HP Envy 6155e on your desktop?

Let me know

I have the same problem with a Microsoft Surface Pro 8.

The reply is simply error (does not give code or reason) cannot print [document name].

the document is then placed in the printer que along with any other non-printed documents.

I've tried with a number of different source documents: same result.

When i select ctrl-p the print menu comes up and indicates the correct printer and that it is ready.

drivers and firmware are UpToDate, but it seems the problem started after the last firmware update.

VERY FRUSTRATING !!!
