I have a HP OfficeJet Pro Series 8035

I have and error message stating :

Printer Failure - There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer Off, then On.

If you continue to get this message, contact support.  Event Code: 71.02.4A

 

I completed the trouble shooting processes including the full unplugging form the unit and the wall. I processed the Semi-Reset under the settings menu. It allowed me to enter the country location and language. It says its going to print a test page and never does. the error message returns after about 2 minutes.  This started when I changed the ink. I only use HP Ink (910Blk and Colors) and it allowed me to change it, but the motor wouldn't move the ink cartridge holders to the middle of my printer like it usually does in order to replace them.

 

How do I get it back online. My printer works via USB and wireless to other devices in my home.
