Error OXB8A36A38 on HP Office Jet 5258 Printer

My HP Office Jet 5258 Printer stopped printing in the middle of a job and the Error Code OXB8A36A38 came up on the screen. Any ideas what this means and how to fix it?

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. To assist you better, are you able to bypass this error and access the home screen of the printer?

Check for any jams inside the printer, follow the steps mentioned in these documents - A 'Paper Jam' Error and Carriage jam or E3 error

Go to Setup > Tools > Restore to defaults

Note: Doing this will delete all the user settings on the printer.
