Hello Community, I own an HP Officejet 6500 E710a printer. I purchased 3 sets of remanufactured ink from 123ink and with all three have received an ink system failure message (Oxc19a0020). I've tried troubleshooting I've since tried to purchase Original HP Ink, but cannot locate the color ink. Does anyone think this will help to correct the problem.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure as you have used multiple sets of ink cartridges including HP's.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Note: HP cannot guarantee the functionality of non-HP/refilled ink cartridges.
