I understand you're encountering an error code 0 with your HP DeskJet Plus 4120 printer, even after replacing both ink cartridges.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes, simply turning off the printer, waiting for a few seconds, and then turning it back on can resolve various errors.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer that could be causing the error.

- Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its default settings. You can usually find instructions on how to do this in the printer's user manual or on the HP support website.
