Dear,
I have an HP Officejet Pro 9010 with an error code 001B5D09. A blue screen and everthing is also flashing.
Has anybody an idea what the problem is.

I understand that you are getting a 001B5D09 error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to reset the printer.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I see that you are not able to use the printer due to this error. To assist you better, are you able to bypass this error to access the home screen of the printer?
If yes, we can try to perform a factory reset which may resolve this issue.
If not, check for any jams inside the printer, refer to - Paper Jam Error
Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely. Re-insert the ink cartridges.
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have problem my HP 9010 printer cannot copy and scan document. and turn it on there is erorr message

so please help to fix this problem.
