I have an HP envy printer 7645 and now I have an error code 005A1654

 

what does that mean?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

While on the Home screen of your Printer.

Press the Return arrow (ideally on the bottom left of the display) at this point it will not be lit but still press it 4 time

It should show you support menu, Tap on it

Then Tap the UP arrow on the Top right

It should give you Enable and Disable menu

Press Ok and Select Fax and follow the On-screen instructions.
 

Update the firmware. Click here
