My printer is not working! Lights flashing and the code OE is flashing on the display. I’ve tried restoring the settings but it’s not doing it. Tried plugging out and still the same. On the HP app it says I need to reinstall the cartridges, I’ve tried this several times and it’s still not working!! Can anyone please help?

I understand you are receiving an E0 error.
An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This occurs when one or both ink cartridges need attention. Reseat both cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, and restart the printer.

If the error persists,
