My printer has been having issues with it's print quality recently and leaving blank stripes accords the page, I ran the cleaning process a few times and it got a little better. Now my printer is non responsive and displaying an error code. What do I do...

Hi @Pgwheeldon
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have been able to get the error code to go away at this point, left it unplugged for a little over an hour. Normal power resets didn't do the trick. I am still having issues with it printing empty lines running across documents randomly throughout the page.

1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load the printer with plain white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
Touch Tools.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
