Above error code.

Tried turning off printer, but as soon as it comes back on this appears.

Installed black ink today, printed test page no problem.

Installed the new HP software yesterday as was having trouble printing for weeks,,,sometimes would work, sometimes would just sit in que.

Unable to remove ink to try to reset as stuck at right of tray.

 

Help!!!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Its HP 4630 deskjet.

And as of last night, it won't turn on at all.  I think it's dead

Thanks for sharing the details. Well, this looks like a hardware issue. 

 

However, I’d suggest you perform a power drain on the printer. 

 

Here are the steps:

  • Remove the cartridges from the printer.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Remove USB cable, if present.
  • Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
  • Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord(This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

If this does not help, I recommend you contact phone support for service.
