My printer turns on without an issue and can print and scan with no problems. If it goes to sleep after not being used for a while, however, its error lights start flashing and the screen displays 'ERROR CODE 0XB3B52630'. This doesn't stop until I unplug the printer and the whole thing starts again (everything fine, goes to sleep, displays the error). I ran a test print and scan and everything looks fine. Can someone please help me? Thank you!!!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are receiving a "0XB" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
