When I came back from 3 weeks of hollidays, I had an error message: error code 0XB3B52E60.
I removed ink, unpluged the printer and the message is still there.
Thanks in advance for helping me!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a 0XB3B52E60 error on the printer, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware

Hi Sandy,
I tried to follow the steps you explained to me.
I’m French so it is a bit difficult for me.
I found how update directly on the printer but it says that all the mos recent updates have already been installed.
Then, I tried to download printer firmware from the HP website and when it comes to this (picture) there is no printer than I can select to update:
Can you help me again, please?
Thank you.
