I keep getting error code OXB3C54300 which stops the printer, can someone tell me how i stop this? Thanks

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. Check if you can bypass the error to access the home screen of the printer. The reset can only be performed if you are able to access the home screen.

 

If yes, let us try this:

  • Go to Setup > Tools > Restore to factory defaults

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.  You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
