Hello there

 

5mn after starting the printer, every single lamp goes flashing & I get the « error code 0XB3D6EBEB » message … and then I am stuck !

The only solution is to switch everything off, start again … and get my printer to happily function for the next 5 mn … then here we go again.

 

Any tips how to solve this issue ??

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

actually, after checking on others « lookalike » posts, I tried the « default settings » move & it worked all right.

 

printer is working fine now.
