HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet 4650

The OfficeJet 4650 is showing  0XB8025DE8 on the screen. Pressing the power off button is not shutting it off. I tried unplugging the power cord and then plugging it back in but still shows the error. I have HP Smart installed and tried using the diagnostic tool but it says the printer is offline.  I also tried googling the error code but got 0 results. Any ideas?
