Product: HP OFFICEJET 4635

Ive done several thing but doesnt even moves the inks. I moved them manually but still nothing. I hard reset and nothing. Cant get it

@EFG4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

It seems like the printer carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

Also, check for any paper jams inside the printer using this document - Paper Jam Error

 

For more info on resolving 0x errors, refer to - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
