 Keep saying there's a paper jam when there's not. I've tried all the suggested solutions and then noticed a pool of ink that leaked & my ink levels say empty. I just replaced the ink after notifying Instant Ink because they didn't receive the update when my ink was low. This paper jam error happened about 50% of the time but after replacing the cartridges it will now fail to print and give error 100% of the time! Nobody seems to have a fix for this and hp won't even give me a phone number to call to get replacement parts because it's not under warranty. So now I can't even buy anything from them??? It's basically forcing out-of-warranty customers to buy a new printer that is anything other than hp! That shows how smart their "Smart App" is!!!
