HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

I am receiving error code 0xb80005a8. The printer will not respond. The ink cartridges will not center when the lid is raised. I tried unplugging the power cord for 60 seconds. When I plugged it back in, I received error code 0xb8000530, with the same issues.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see if that works. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
