Get this error code 0xc190003 when the printer startup, the cartridge stuck at right side won't go to left when access door open.  I unplug the power cord at back unplug from wall outlet and press the power button for more than 30 seconds, replug 

power cord back in and turn on power still same thing. Check path for the cartridge looks clean.  The cartridges are new not old or empty. Please HELP

Hello Sandytechy20,

    Very appreciated your help, however my printer doesn't even get to the setup screen,  like the diagram that in your message.  I press power button to turn on printer then printer initialize with hp logo a blue line underneath, after few seconds then pop up the screen message "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected incorrectly installed error code 0xc19a0003"  There is a ? on the left edge of the screen,  if I touch the ?,it take me to  Missing  or Fail Printhead screen,  Solution 1: Reinstall the printheads   Touch Show Me to be guided through printhead installation

Solution 2: Contact HP support   Go to www.hp.com/support.

on the bottom right of the screen has Done with blue color button , on the bottom left edge screen has BL, Both buttons bring me back to the  error screen.  I open the access door the cartridge stay ay right side it doesn't go to left, so solution 1

is kind of out of the door.    Please ADVICE
