My Officejet Pro 8625 displaces error code 0xc19a0015, "The  printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed" which persists after hard reset of the printer (removing cartridges, unplugging and restarting), and cleaning and reinserting the printhead.  No detectable damage to printhead, or contacts.  The printhead seems to work well enough that the printer can detect that I installed generic ink cartridges.

The problem resolved after unplugging the printer and restarting it with the printhead access door closed.  I have tried three times with the panel open, so if you are having the same problem try that.
