Printer working fine till the error code above popped up.  Tried plugging into wall outlet, removing the cartridges, pulling the power cord from the printer and from the wall and waiting about two minutes and plugging everything back in.  Then reinserted the ink cartridges and shut the cartridge door.  After the noise ended the LED screen appeared normal, like waiting to print.  I printed the directions that told me what to do to clear the error.  As soon as it was finished printing.  The error message reappeared.  What's up with that?
