Error light I can’t identify.
After start up printer flashes Paper (orange), all icons on screen plus orange light, and info light (white) and power light (white).
Anyone know what that is and how to fix?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware if possible
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Kindly refer to - Blinking lights to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Analyze the light pattern and select an option in the document for troubleshooting steps.
