During setup of my new office jet pro 8030 all in one, I got to the step of inserting the 4 cartridges and after closing the lid, I received a error code on the screen that read printhead problem, code 62.80.40. I removed the cartridges and reinstalled them several times with no luck. I also did several resets by unplugging the cord from the printer and then the wall and waiting 60 seconds with no luck. I made sure the ink cartridges had setup on the labels. Has anyone had this problem?
