HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Print jobs are stopping and printer is showing blue screen with 6201922A on it. The lights on the panel are flashing. I have tried fixes suggested in the forum, such as unplugging for >60 seconds and uninstalling printer and reinstalling. I tried to update the firmware but the link provided did not work. Any new suggestions?
