Hi @KLB-4R

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are facing issue with HP officejet 9015 printer giving an error "error code 62019EE". Don't worry, together we will try to sort this out.

We have to perform a semi-full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile.

Please perform these steps and Feel free to reply to your public post for any further assistance.

Instead of the recommendation I got privately which didn't work - I called Staples Tech Support which I have paid for - they recommended a hard reset - which did eventually work  - take out all the cartridges - and all the paper - wait 5 minutes after turning off power and power back on.

I had a printerhead issue - and cleaning printhead twice - brought it back to normal
