HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477fdw running on Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upon startup, receive error message 55.0602

Have not installed any new hardware or software recently.

 

I tried resetting NVRAM to no avail.  May not have done process correctly.

ERROR CODE IS NOT 66.0602  BUT 55.0602 !!

Just to confirm that you do have the device plugged directly into the wall and not into any kind of splitter, multitap or surge protector.  If you still get the error after directly connecting then probably you are dealing with a bad DC controller board in the printer according to the tech documents I have access to.

 

Part number RM2-7909-000CN  Engine controller for duplex models.
