Hello,

 

Im getting an error code 83C0000B on my HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e All-In-One.

 

Ive removed the power cable from the back then out of the wall.  Waited then pressed the on button for 30 seconds, plugged the cable back into the wall then back into the back of the printer but the blue error message still comes up.  Please can I be sent some more instructions.

I understand that your printer is in error state, I am glad to assist you today.

 

I would suggest you please try these steps

 

We have to perform a Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile.

Hi, I have the same problem. Was on a business trip and only noticed it today. Please send me the reset without the function of my LCD screen. I tried the 2-3 minutes no power and draining for 30sec with the power button. Did not work 😞
