Hi @JulesDR,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Hello, @MaxMiami
You can be confident that the experts on the Community will be able to handle your request. Please start a new thread in the appropriate section. In this case, go to the community:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/
then click on the blue "post new question" button. Choose the appropriate board in the drop-down menu, enter your full product name and number - but NOT the serial number. Then, one of our volunteer experts will most certainly point you to the correct resource.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Our job as HP moderators is to monitor all traffic on the community.
Thank you.
