The printer is 3 months old. Some days before - at the scheduled switch Off - the printer did not switch Off also it dislplayed a blue screen with an error code: B8077FD6 and all lights was blinking on it. It was disconnected from the power and some minutes later reconnected. After the test of the switch off process it worked well.
But the problem is back and the unplug-wait some minutes-replug process does not solve the problem.
Does anybody an Idea how can be solved this Problem or have I to contact HP Support for the repairing of it?

Hi @Gosztya,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting blue control panel screen issues with your HP All-In-One Printer.
This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.
You may also check the steps in this document.
Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @Rainbow23,
Thanks for your advice. I made the your suggested process and now it looks all ok. I have to test it in the next days and than I can give you. the final feedback.
Only one comment. I disconnected the LAN cable too. I do not know that was it necessary or not but then the unit was completely out of power.
Take care and have a nice day.
