Hi @RobLauber,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any specific information on the error code B84C4C08 for the HP ENVY Inspire 7900e printers. It might be a new or less common error code.

Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can take:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams in any part of the printer, including the input tray, output tray, and document feeder.

Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed and have sufficient ink. If necessary, replace them with genuine HP cartridges.

Update Printer Firmware: Using the HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site or your Official HP® Support, check for and install any available firmware updates for your printer.

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables are securely connected and that there are no issues with your network connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
