HP ENVY Photo 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the error code C4EB8024 on my printer screen (HP ENVY Photo 7134), blue screen, flashing lights as others appear to have mentioned in other posts.

I have unplugged and waited before plugging in again, same error, even replaced the cartridges with spares that were available on the off chance that would help.

Product is out of warranty and it appears HP has no other options via their support links to try and fix this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.

Hi,

A different wall outlet makes no difference and there is no way to perform a firmware update as the printer won't get to a point of loading up beyond the error code. I happen to know the firmware was up-to-date anyway.

Thanks for your replies, are you able to help in any other way?

Do you know what the C4EB8024 code is referring to?

Thanks.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
