I have a brand new printer 7005 and have never printed anything yet but have a error code E3 flashing.

Hi Sandytechy20

i have now been onto support in India? They went through the same attempts to fix the problem and although it may work for others it did not for me. They advised me to take the printer back to where I bought it from and I exchanged the printer this afternoon for one that works.

As I mentioned no paper had ever gone through the printer so can only assume the carrier was faulty or out of alignment.

Thanks for your time anyway, it is appreciated
