Hi @ashon,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Check Connections: Ensure all cables connecting your printer to a computer or network are secured properly if using a wired connection. If the printer is supposed to connect wirelessly, make sure the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network.

Restart Devices: Power off your printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. Restart your computer and router to reset connections.

Printer Software: Verify that you have the latest version of the printer software installed on your computer. You can download updates from HP’s official website using HP Customer Support.

Network Configuration: Confirm that your network settings are correct. If you have changed your network router or setup since last using the printer, adjust the network settings accordingly.

HP Smart App: Use the HP Smart app to help guide you through the setup process again. It can often fix setup issues by ensuring the settings are configured correctly for your specific network environment.

Manual Setup: If automatic approaches fail, you might need to manually configure your printer’s network settings through its control panel (if available).

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
